Executive biography
M. A. Hashem is a senior human-resources executive, author and executive coach who has led human-capital and corporate-affairs functions at group scale. He currently serves as Director of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Meghna Executive Holdings, as Managing Director at Multimodal Logistics Ltd., and as Founder & Principal Consultant of Proflow Insights, the institution through which his consulting, executive education, publishing, research and coaching work is delivered.
His work is distinguished by a practitioner's grounding in the realities of the ready-made garments (RMG), textile and manufacturing sectors, combined with a systems-thinker's instinct for the frameworks that make organisations scale. Over more than 25 years he has led HR transformation programmes, designed workforce operating systems, and built leadership pipelines across complex industrial environments — including overall responsibility for HR, administration and compliance across a workforce of more than 10,000.
As an author, he has translated this field experience into reference works — including the flagship Hybrid HRMS: The Workforce Operating System — that give HR leaders both a language and an architecture for the modern human-capital function. As an executive coach, he works one-to-one with CEOs, senior executives and HR leaders to convert capability into measurable performance.
